Our standard
The rules, in writing.
Most stores in this category have a story. We have a set of constraints, published so that you can hold us to them, and so that a future version of this company cannot quietly drop them for a better margin.
01. Dose or nothing.
An ingredient appears on our label only at a dose that matches the research it is there for. That constraint removes most of the catalogue: the majority of popular sexual health ingredients are studied at 300 to 600 mg and sold at 25 to 50 mg inside a proprietary blend, because the blend exists to hide the shortfall.
It also costs money per unit, which is why the bottles are $38 to $54 rather than $19.99 with a subscription you forget to cancel.
02. Claim only what is legal.
We make structure and function claims, with the FDA disclaimer on every page that carries one. We do not claim to treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we do not imply it with a photograph of a couple and a wink.
The category's most profitable claim, permanent size change, is one we do not make at all. Not because we are delicate about it, but because there is no evidence, and selling an unevidenced promise to a man in distress is the exact behaviour this store was built against.
03. No injection, no exception.
We do not sell, drop ship, white label or affiliate unapproved injectables. No exosome vial. No peptide kit. No "research use only" compound marketed with a dosing protocol for humans. This is a hard line, not a preference, and it is the reason we will never carry the highest margin product in the market.
04. Disclose the money.
We earn from two places: product sales, and affiliate commissions from the clinics we review. Both are labelled. Commission never buys a score. The eight review criteria are published, so a reader can check our reasoning rather than trusting a badge we designed ourselves.
Manufacturing
How the bottles are made, and what we can show you.
A finished supplement is only as good as the batch behind it. Below is what we commit to before the first unit ships, and what we will publish once it does.
| Item | Commitment | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Contract manufacturer | FDA registered, cGMP compliant, audited in the last 24 months | In selection |
| Third party testing | Identity, potency and heavy metals on every batch, by an ISO 17025 lab | Committed |
| Certificate of analysis | Published by batch number, downloadable from the product page | Committed |
| Label accuracy | Dose printed equals dose assayed, within pharmacopoeial tolerance | Committed |
| Country of manufacture | United States, stated on every label | Committed |
This table is the honest state of the build, not a marketing page. Items marked committed are contractual conditions with the manufacturer. Items marked in selection are not yet done.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we say so on the page.
Reviews are dated. Prices change. A clinic changes its cancellation policy and our score is stale for a month. When that happens we correct the page and note the correction, rather than quietly rewriting it and pretending the earlier version never existed.
A published standard is only worth the day it is inconvenient.
